Good morning, Looking for an accountant to file 2020 taxes!

For rank and file workers, it's possible that Brownsville,TN on the other side of the mega site would benefit more than Memphis.

When I lined up my PM, I got a file (large one) on every area they PM in, that showed me the rental comps broken down on a map (critical...zip codes alone are useless) for different sizes of properties. 

If you already filed your 2020 return, then file a 1040-X amended return and attach this statement, also before Oct 15th.After Oct 15th, the only option is to carry it 5 years back.

I'll talk it over with my CPA closer to filing time, but I'm curious for some insights now if anyone can share.Thanks!

I filed a claim with his insurance and got my money back that way without having to take him to court.

As long as you understand the attorney's fees you'll incur are not recoverable under the title policy so if the advice you receive is to file a claim you'll paying for the same advice I gave for free. 

Filing taxes - needs to understand taxes, and must at least work for a CPA [$$]3.
