I’m reading that the fees are .07 x the mortgage amount to transfer into an LLC.

I looked online and it looks like you can email them with stories but from experience I've found it's better to talk to someone who knows them already. 

@Kristi Tietz I've done some transactional funding for a few investors but I was branch manager for a mortgage broker in a previous life, so I'd overseen and fixed hundreds of closings. 

There are some crime maps available online too.

I've also heard some lawyers question whether or not the corporate veil is pierced by having the deed in an LLC and the mortgage in your name.  

We do cold calls, online marketing and sometimes even door knocking to find motivated sellers.

I see the same things from borrowers or those that take on mortgages.understand the concept.. but did not read much of the 30 page Mortgage document.Or read and understand the note.With so many of the larger HML or DSCR loans being backed or bought by wall street firms you know their lawyers are creating these documents and I suspect virtually no one reads every clause in them and or understands what they mean in relationship to the transaction and what your signing.
