What resource have you found that is the best way to monitor your credit scores without obligation, spam, and preferrably for free?

As an out-of-state investor, communication and being clear on expectations are key when you aren't there to monitor everyday activities.

For example a roof might be a "25 year roof" but if you monitor and do repairs you could really expect to get 30-40 year out of it and with roofs being expensive its cost effective to do that.

I currently live in NYC but I am looking to invest in OH, PA, NC, and upstate NY markets.I am looking to make connections to CPAs and real estate attorneys so that I can have my real estate business infrastructure solid and in order.
