Same goes for elysian valley/frogtown The houses there tend to be older-- some what historic, and many do need a good amount of work, so make sure you do your due-dilligence with inspections especially on those pre 1950s homes.

There may be fewer listings but much less buyers during that season and I think a bit easier to snag a good deal.
