Does anyone have experience with submetering a property or any recommendations?

I try to provide the same experience I’d expect. 

I'm new to the game and looking to meet folks of all experience levels and soak in all this info in like a sponge. 

I am looking for some people to connect with in that area that may have more experience as we are out of state investors and have heard that Mississippi has great opportunities for cash flow and for people starting out in this industry. 

I’ve had a couple of not so positive experiences with property managers in the past, here in Texas.

However, I would like to gain some practical experience in the world of Notes as well.

You'll want to make sure that you have the architects, engineers, contractors, etc. all lined up to really build the case to the lender that while you don't have experience you do have a team of strategic partners with experience. 

It's an easier, less costly way for Homeowners to use their equity -- not just borrow against it.My experience: real estate law, finance and development. 

I'm just curious to learn from others' experiences.

I want to know of people’s previous experience with them before I proceed.
