I have friends/connections in every trade so finding contractors won't be a problem.

In the note business, it seems like most note trades have stopped.

Currently, I'm polishing up on my subject-to contracts and short-sale skills right now.

If they have just received their license and are 18 years old, they may not have the learned skills to help you with a transaction.

Is anyone looking into some of the publicly trades REIT’s and cost average over the next couple months with their stocks?

Ok, a major disappointment, but you’ve acquired some very valuable feedback from the experience: you need to be better at analyzing numbers, managing contractors, or this doesn’t match with your skill set, etc. 

These situations are what they are trained and skilled at dealing with.

Asking people to refrain from making fair trades is TOTALLY different than ordering a trade where one party must receive $0 for their product/labor.Do you think it would be fair, currently, for the state to force a grocery store owner to give away his product?
