Video tape the event.

With the pandemic still among us, everyone is doing video calls so it's a lot easier to fit into your schedule. 

Has anybody submitted permit (or other) applications electronically after the construction restriction was put in place for Philly?  

Maybe we can do a teleconference or a video chat?

In general I try to limit the nuisance that selling a home can be on the tenants by doing my photography and Matterport model of the occupied unit(s) and then publishing them with the listing and limit showings until X (which could be until it is under contract, until a proof-of-funds is submitted, or something else).  

Use pictures or short videos and make them simple and non-professionaL. 

If she has submitted it in writing and you are ignoring her because you think they're "fine" that could open you up to liability. 

Would like to gain knowledge for real estate and wholesaling houses, what beginner videos or books should I start off with?

Also, according to a YouTube video, if I buy it in an LLC I can sell the LLC to my friend for a small fee.

@Vincent Gizzi FB is great for getting a lot of leads in a short amount of time but the quality usually isnt the best.FB leads oftentimes don't know what they're inquiring about despite having to go through 2-3 steps in order to submit their request.Not to say that it isn't a good source, it just takes time to fine-tune your posts/ads to get the responses from the most qualified prospects.
