It starts getting a little suspicious when they keep moving the goal post time after time.  

In Dion's example, the redemption price starts at $100,000, not $120,000. 

I would also suggest to start networking with some in your area as well.  

If you just hire the cheapest or first PMC you speak with and it turns into a bad experience, please don’t assume ALL PMC’s are bad and start trashing PMC’s in general.

Start with the low hanging fruit, using chat gpt to write some social media or blog posts or clean up a newsletter to make it more professional.
