@Dan NA what  John said is on point, if you need to take the course while holding a full time job I have found realestateexpress to work great and they offer the pre-license and post license course as well and allow you to do it at your own speed

If you can't save quickly you'll want cash-flow for the properties (likely tax-free after mortgage interest and depreciation) to help speed up that reloading process.
