But as a disclaimer, I have been let down by a contractor who was recommended so it is not the end all be all if someone is recommended, but it's a start.The problem is, to get the network up and running and continually doing business: That is finding projects, analyzing projects, offering on projects, securing financing for projects, fixing projects, selling projects.

They didn't proofread it well (spelling error), and the wording at times seems less professional for what one would expect from a financial institution.

As The title says how would i go about wholeselling at 15 im doing it but how do i sound more professional and confident talking to a seller/buyer because they see my youth as i dont know anything i know a pretty good much about how to wholesell how to find everything but since im so young i dont know how would talk to them without throwing the deal(ignore my name getting fixed)

Way more productive.We use letters (nice white professional letters with letterhead) for probates, where the added expense is worth it due to the value of the target.
