I've been living in Shanghai for about a year, but previously lived in another part of China for 3 years.

I lived and worked up there for (5) years through college in the Amherst and Elmwood areas and really loved the city but couldn't take the snow haha!

I would like to continue working as a Software Engineer and build a portfolio to pay for my children's college in the future, take nice vacations, and pay my current monthly mortgage. 

There is no magic in the previous peak number, especially when it was a bubble.  

We will definitely be changing common access locks, basement with laundry and storage area, just in case an old tenant kept a copy.
