Hello,I recently was in a webinar about syndications and they emphasized how important it is to only wire funds in a syndication deal after the countersigned legal paperwork has been returned to you.

I am hearing that because of the Covid situation it is taking longer for the local Municipality to process all the paperwork (30-45 days) but I don’t think that that is unavoidable in any situation.
