After listening to numerous podcasts, reading books, I’ve decided I need to end my analysis paralysis.

The "free" seminars they offer is filled with sales pitches... in fact I think that free seminars are really a strategic way that they do lead generation to upsell numerous products and trainings that are not for free.

Account Closed  much like commercial these deals the wheels were put into motion a few years ago.. hard to stop.. but then again when 08 hit  there were numerous big holes in the ground were high rises got started and the banks pulled out leaving 1/10th built projects.I have seen that over the years in Honolulu as well..

Hi Akash,There are numerous options for portfolio programs but the main requirement is equity, or large down payment, not a relationship with the lender.  

Regardless of what you think of Zillow - they are certainly not secretive with the accuracy or explanation of their Zestimate algorithm, and they clearly state, "the Zestimate is a good starting point as well as a historical reference, but it should not be used for pricing a home."

@Jay Hinrichs Can you verify this explanation of the redemption law:My understanding is that the person who holds the redemption rights can exercise the right to redeem within six months.
