There are great opportunities if you're looking to MTR to travel nurses and others in the medical field.

I wish I could upvote Joey and Julie's posts more.My wife and I own/operate MTRs in the NE GA market, and for our area at least, traveling medical professional staffing companies want to see that you have at least 5 units to lease before they have more than a one-off relationship with you.

I used to be in the medical field too.

A luxury property targeting insurance placements is going to command a far higher rate than a solid 1 or 2 bed targeting travel medical professionals.

It is possible a lot of it is from medical which would explain the high amount from a high earner but if it is consumer debt that is a big red flag.
