For this list we have been doing professionally typed business letters with our company name, put inside a invitation style envelope (off yellow color) and hand wrote the address with red ink, we also added an urgent stamp as well!

Two good books that I'd recommend you read is Inside a Probate Sale - A Real Estate Agent's Guide and Probate Real Estate Sales 101 - A Guide for Real Estate Agents and Investors.Both books are good reading and available on Amazon.Another good book to read or if you want to reference from time to time is How to Probate an Estate in California available from your local library or law library.If you really want to have a sit-down with a attorney about the CA probate process one way is to invite them to lunch and discuss how you can assist with their practice.Good luck @Allison Meggison
