Due to the rising prices around here, I've begun to pull equity out of Bend and reposition into properties outside this area.

Brewers Hill and River West finally pulling themselves out of the crisis and seeing values on the rise again.

If you see any commercial chain stores and restaurants popping up then you know they have been doing major demographic studies which show population is on the rise.

If inventory is rising and prices are dropping you'd want to try and find sellers that aren't trying to squeeze out every last dollar.

Of course there is a possibility that interest rates will spike or vacancy will rise but that is not the likely outcome.

It seems to be a desirable path, especially with long-term loan rates being 3-4%, and with the inflation of the dollar it seems like a good idea to take on fixed, manageable debt..Anyway, I have about $15k in cash saved and would like to travel and look up different cities that seem to have a healthy pulse to them, currently looking at Indianapolis as an example.

Rents continue to rise, favoring Landlords to buy more and also 1st time homebuyers to buy instead of rent.
