hopefully you can find a contractor with experience who can give you an accurate quote of assessing water damage and what will need to be repaired.cost for termites may be another concern depending on how old the house is, how badly the roof is damaged - termites see open spaces for their meal to get started for their homes and food could spell trouble.

We were considering a food truck and even had friends willingly offer investment money, but the thought of sitting in that truck all day killed the deal for me.If we go for the rink, my spouse will be running it :) We have the opposite of your hot summers here, looooong white and cold winters, with not much to do for those that don't ski or hunt.

Removing as much of the doubt with your initial offer as you can will increase the chances of them accepting you as a "real" buyer versus somebody that just spent 6 months salary on a get-rich-quick guru seminar that tells you to write assignable contracts.I understand what you are trying to do and it makes a lot of sense.

Rich W is voicing concerns that he may have to go up against a top speaker like that (he holds the only spot at the same time as an available speaker spot at this point) and his concerns would be justified.From what I know, this visit will not take place in person, this will be good news for Rich.What I can say right now, is that the visit may take place, but would be through an internet connection and it would take place during my time slot on Friday at 11 AM.Rumors have a way of manifesting into some half truths at times, so I hope this sets some of the record straight.
