It is beyond frustrating that Maryland refuses to require PMs to hold any kind of license - it enables so many fly-by-night operators who aren't looking out for the landlords best interest.

@Joshua Lyon  when I start spending half my year in vegas ( this coming year) I will enable my jetsmarter app Vegas is a Hub for them... we are isolated up here in NW just too much fly over territory for that to work.... although Vegas has its other challenges with all the folks half drunk on the planes.. friend of mine has a Phenom 300 and he won't let it charter into or out of Vegas... tired of getting tables broken on the plane that cost 15k to fix  LOL anyway  back to real estate..
