It’s important to invest in a good market that has excellent economic dynamics.

My credit is 614 if that matters and have an excellent W2 job.

It grows slower than a brokerage account, but during disbursement phase you get much more out of it.I am not advocating putting all your eggs in the same basket, but using a permanent maximum overfunded life insurance in your portfolio mix is an excellent diversification.

So if you are comfortable and confident in your market knowledge, OOS deals can be an excellent way to diversify and access inventory you might not otherwise have access to.
