Hi everyone,Any ideas and guidance welcomed.I bid on an REO being auctioned on a popular auction site.All of the processes seem to be running well until I received the lein search and found that there were code violations declaring the property uninhabitable.I believe that the issues found are repairable, but it will take a significant amount of money relative the the value of the property.Any suggestions on how to proceed?

He typically contains himself to his apartment, but he has a window that faces a handful of other doors/court yard, so I myself have been threatened through the window and I see other tenants running to their doors when we can hear him screaming from our parking area.

My friend's landlord in NJ just added "Tenant shall be responsible for repairs caused by tenants including wear, tear, and everyday usage" to their lease renew, I am wonderingIs this legal and will it hold up in court?

Both of those times have ended up court, as the tenants have some distinct lower respect for me as the PM/owner than when I am dealing with them from the very beginning.

Our court date is on 6 July 2018, and I need all of the fire power I can gather to make sure said squatter is evicted and hopefully get some of the damages paid for.
