They are required to take inside THEIR lawn furniture, fire pit, bikes, container pots etc etc etc...I am to cut down potential flying coconuts from palms, take into storage kayaks, hammocks, BBQ grills etc...as far as panels themselves, I wrote that they are encouraged to install the panels (I don't expect them to), but it is my discretion whether I will do it or not, no guarantees.

If you're self employed then it'll be pretty tough because we want to see at least 2 years, there may be a little flexability but it's not a guarantee, even it's the same accounts or clients.

Also, no guarantees that if the inspection was done say June 1st, that by now in the areas where the cheap tax homes are, that further stripping, squatting or just plain old vandalism hasn't done even more damage, although the city may adjust the price for that, but if there's another 5 grand in damage to a $2500 house, that doesn't then make the price -$2500.00!!!

To add a deeper wrinkle in, as a new S Corp with no history of reputation I expect I will have to personally guarantee the S Corp loan.First how does that work...am I just a co-signer on the S Corp real property loan or is there some other mechanism that comes into play?
