I recently purchased an apartment complex with 7 buildings and 16 units. 

When I was younger, I was served not one but two eviction notices from the apartment complex I was staying at.

Recently i sold a condominium with sinkhole in the property in Tampa and I had all disclosures and engineering report Attached to the listing (I represented the seller) and sold it without any problems for the buyer.

Do you know of any apartment complexes in these areas that allow corporate leases/STR?

On Grant Cardone, he owns a few newer apartment complexes where I live in PCB.

It starts to turn into a very complex discussion that has nothing to do with real estate, so I will stop here.

I also have some cash invested in a couple big apartment complexes, in the case the rental market rebounds.
