Hi @Vince Impellizzeri, Welcome to BP and the REI world i wish you the best of luck in your goals and adventures in the business, and to give my opinion to your post,  if i had your situation i would be light years farther than i am. i would be watching for properties FSBO (for sale by owner) and preferably multi family. 

That can be a great way to get involved with other new agents straight away and kickstart your REI adventures. 

It may seem like a daunting task but if you break your learning down into chunks and set aside time everyday to learn you wont have a problem.I flipped 24 houses in under 2 years while working full-time in private equity.

I suspect it comes down to what price I can get the seller down to - which is my next task actually!

Once you master those tasks you can outsource them intelligently and fire yourself if you like. 

I'll echo what's been said, that filing Articles of Organization with the Ohio SOS is a fairly easy task.

I can look for independent contractors who handle just their specific work, and I can work with each of them individually on each task separately.
