The problem is that the bank won’t allow access to enter the property at all, until the title is transferred.

Hi Adam, just one caution on the property management side: JP is the happy valley of renting right now...valuations and rent are at all time highs, most renters are solvent (half would love to buy there is just too little inventory) and the more transient tenants love the neighborhood too and have an unusual investment in its quality of life with the festivals, green space etc. 

@Mary JayIt's difficult to get started without access to capital. 

You said they are already too small, will there be enough living space?

Then, keep doing whatever you're doing in life with regards to working, etc, and getting yourself access to capital. 

In the end a 10 hr trip turned into about 22 hrs in the airport lol...But hey at least I had lounge access for 2 hrs in Chicago lol

My HOA has stopped allowing access to the homeowners to both the sauna's and clubhouse.
