I've been looking at different programs, mostly through the government for areas that I'm interested in investing in, but have not really came across anything that I would be a candidate for.

There are a myriad of ways to go about the space, so maybe in the next 6 months you define your first strategy and work to execute on it.

I live in GA but not attached to that area- would you advise STR's or LTR's?

My area (Anacortes Wa) doesn’t seem like a good market for multi family.

I can only speak for the Palm Coast and Flagler county area, but be very carefully with land wholesaling.

Hello, The inhereted tenant is on a month to month lease for 760... and the Rentals in the area are going for 950-1200.Does anyone have any reccomendations on how to have this conversation with the current tenant?
