I've submitted mine and my wife's information to two lenders (one mortgage broker, one through B&W) and we've been waiting on replies from both for pre-approval for going on two weeks.

I've even known some people to post "fake" ads for units they are considering buying to see how many people reply and what the market appetite is like.Even with a larger down payment (~25%) I'd struggle to make this one work. 

I'm really appreciate the reply's I received, especially those who went out of their way to track down some very helpful information on those properties for me.

However, taking it a step further, if a neighbor kid is trespassing on the property and somehow breaks their leg will I then be needing builders risk for that possible liability??
