If you have a good deal, and can PROVE it with NUMBERS, no-one will question you on your experience level. 

House hacking in Tampa is a smart way to save on housing by buying a place with several units, living in one, and renting out the rest.

Ask how many units they manage and how much experience they have.

We have a few dozen resort communities that are built specifically to be STR and you won't have to worry about zoning or regulations or even HOA cutting you out.It is a very competitive market with so many units, so you do have to be a good operator and have a clean, attractive, well located and themed out home to stand out and perform well. 

The issue with those type of things (like Consumer Reports) is that most people are not the right demographic (i.e. they don't really have a net worth, don't really make much above their income level and don't invest).

Investment Info:Small multi-family (2-4 units) commercial investment investment in Queen Creek.

We are still about half compared to pre-covid levels.
