My advice for str buyers at this point is to go with Windsor Hills if you can find a nicely updated option (or buy something with room to update) or preferably jump over next door to Windsor at Westside- same close proximity to Disney but newer and really nice amenities.

The clutter in the pics is her stuff, she is about to have an estate sale before the house sells4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, 2800 square feet, living room, formal dining, eat in kitchen, family room, nice yard that is about 6/10th of an acre, great area of high value housingFrom the pics it is obvious that many things have never been updated in the 53 years the house has been around.

It's dissimlar in this sense, though: with a regular seller carry you get the property back and find another buyer to do the seller carry.What if the 1031 company hires the trust deed company and accepts the property on your behalf?
