Closing into a trust or doing the transfer into a trust after seems to have ill affect due to the Garn St Germain Act https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/12/1701j-3This is just one site but after reading so much and talking to people that I could corroborate the story I finally understood.What one lender told me was, yes you are allowed to close into a land trust but having the LLC as the beneficiary goes against and we will call the loan.
