While investment groups are good, I also recommend you also schedule lunch/beer/coffees with a range of active professionals across the spectrum: brokers, title, CPA, small contractor, attorney, etc.

hello everyone, i own a property in mentone ca. and Im looking at build a duplex behind of small house on the lot. would like to build three units but the property is on ceptic tank, which can be very expensive to add...
