It is true that as much as it is tempting and desirable to focus on a hundred things at the same time, actually staying focused on a specific thing and trying to master it is a difficult skill.

It is a true 2 bed/2 full bath, so I'm assuming it would rent similarly to a 3 bed/2 bath in the same area.

There's another slew of agents saying to re-list in March due to seasonality while that point is both true and false the agents have zero problem with some forms of manipulation of the market.
