My current situation is like a lot of average people, I have a family I support, with a house bill, car bills, school loans and med and credit card bills.

The area is attractive to med students and young professionals.  

I am doing a career change (finished a pre-med degree 2 years ago) into software development, and should be done with my second bachelor's in the field in December 2018. 

Hey everyone, I've got some Canadian med students applying for a rental and apparently MySmartMove is for U.S. residents only.

I currently am going to professional school (med school) and decided to let two of my friends in my class who were commuting 45 minutes away to stay with me in my extra rooms so I did not need to live alone in a 3 bedroom home.  

Are college rentals(My current tenants are all pre-med... so not all undergrads) that cashflow friendly?

Of course do this only if family does not step in and you have contacted them yourself.Explain to all the nusicance calls to 911 for emergency assistance and you could inform police if this type of incident repeats itself maybe then should send out an ambulance for transport for mental health evaluation..could be person if off meds, but this behavior is not normal, average, and is beyond you call as to discipline. unless he starts yelling, or causing disturbance which you should make notes of..

It was clear to me he wasn't taking his meds, and his VASH caseworker was at his wits end because you can only help people who will help themselves.
