Any feasible VRs will need to be on the beach or have beach views and be close to destined shopping and entertainment venues equalling a high purchase cost.

The best options for networking here are the real estate meet ups and the multiple other business venues here in Sin City.

They both typically cost about $20 bucks to attend, but that money goes directly to pay for the venue & food / drinks. 

highly competitive  endevour in the popular tax lien venues... its a mad house many times.
