IMO, you just kind of have to know what you can weather financially if times go bad, what your risk tolerance is, what your time is worth in terms of the time suck that is real estate investing vs. other investments, etc.Good luck and best wishes!

I would not pick that State though.It is still one of the  most expensive and the not the best economy in the nation.Florida has almost the same weather and 1/4 th  the cost.Get around successful business people. 

Recently we’ve had good success by using the weather and holidays to our advantage.

Some of the laminates they make look like real hardwood and they're pretty durable especially if you get one that is water resistant.

Is the bondo made for outdoors that is exposed to the weather?  

If it were me, I would lean towards letting it be a criminal matter first and then making it a civil matter if you don't get the outcome you were hoping for.I would encourage you to resist going over the details with them.

Different class assets behave slightly differently depending on the cause/effect of the recessionThat being said the most resistant is a straight down the fairway B class asset that caters to renters hovering around the area median income. 

The weather isn't too extreme, and from others' posts about potential markets, I think it could be worth looking more into.

With warmer weather, it might be gone already as more buyers coming out I'm sure.I'm going to start looking at cheaper houses tomorrow, while I try my last ditch efforts.
