Has anyone done business with Unique Remodeling & Appliance out of Olympia?

I'm a realtor who operates around the Philadelphia region.  

With some good 5 star reviews and competitive pricing I think you could get to 15/month but 20+ is really repeat guest territory to get there.On the cleaning service, the best cleaners I've ever found usually work for themselves or have one or two employees at most, and to be sure this will vary by region, but the big services (Merry Maids, etc) are my backups in an emergency only. 

Hey all, I recently purchased a two family in Dutchess County, NY. The first floor has 2 unrelated tenants, who have their belongings in separate rooms. One of the tenants (Tenant 1) has given me his verbal commitment...

The tenant has a unique debit card that is tied only to them and the deposit record contains the ATM card used for the deposit.From FAQs:You can request cards for your employees, which will allow them to make deposits only.

That is, if the name is unique enough. 

I say 99.9% because I don't represent 100% of the insurance carriers in the US, so there may be one out there that has unique language in thier policy, but this is the standard practice.

Because of that I was approached by someone who was in a very unique situation.

Max out the number of people you can get comfortably sleep there, make the property nice and unique, and get as much money as you can for those 8-10 weekends/year that really matter. 

My husband told the regional manager that he could not leave in such short notice that if he wasn't allowed to live there that he needed at least a couple of months, then we would move out. she told him that she would ask corporate office and would let him know what they said.
