Yes it is, but you have absolutely got to have trusted "boots on the ground." 

I've tried to have an additional electric meter installed but power company won't install one unless I have a second address (911 address) assigned to it, which the city won't let me do.

The last omission was particularly odd because the entire webinar addressed the risks and dangers of doing wholesaling wrong. 

I received a letter from them for possibly lending on projects.I would rather trust the judgement of the Experienced Investors on this site.Any help would be appreciated.

In some though you need your brokerage office, address, and their phone number. 

@Tom Gimer  I don't think we are thinking the same thing when it comes to trustee.the trustee in a Deed of trust has the power of sale.. it can be anyone.. lawyer  company , you me.and beneficiary hires them to sell the property..

Lastly, and more complicated, would be to go build yourself a webpage, and start collecting names and email addresses, so that you can send out your deals via email to those buyers.
