What are the consequences of taking the first year $25,000 bonus depreciation?

Any general advice on commercial/ retail spaces ( should I offer free wifi , should I put security cameras, should I put a sign up that has my contact information in cause of an emergency)?

While it's nice to show the bonus depreciation if you can't take it for years, it loses some of the appeal and value, especially if you decide to sell.

Obviously you’ve got more windows in the units than row homes (a bonus for tenants?)

But if you can get the renters to willingly let you out of the lease that is ok.You may offer to pay for their moving expenses and maybe a bonus amount of money for the hassle of moving.
