Can anyone recommend a good reputable inspector in Plano, TX?

When it comes to growth, management of units as well as curb appeal and reputation, you need to make sure the management company will run your units the way you would like.

I went through the same thing you are dealing with, I had a highly reputable accounting firm and was paying an hourly rate of well over $700 an hour and they missed some very obvious things on my return that I had to point out to them.

Find someone reputable not necessarily who you bought with or a friend.

We built a reputation on that.

I'm a fairly passive personality....I work hard and value my reputation.  

It also builds a reputation for you giving correct numbers and being different from the rest of the big name wholesalers out there. 

This is some prefab construction built circa 1960, if I'm not mistaken First, I would go with a plastic six-mil vapor barrier.

The motel currently does have the reputation as the rent by the hour place, and I really don't want to keep that reputation.
