The property is zoned single family and I called the city zoning who told me that it wouldn’t be an issue to rebuild should something happen but the appraiser said the highest and best use was a SFH.

If it meets all zoning, state, and federal requirements, you may be able to convert it to digital, but I would do my due diligence on that.

And I'm making more money.So, I don't know if the profile pick makes a difference but I say let those that find you too quirky go work with someone that has no sense of humor. 100% agree bro.The folks who are too afraid to lose business and stay in the middle comfort zone all the time don't know just how much business they are actually missing out by playing it so safe.

We recently sold a rental property and opted not to do a 1031 exchange as we did not want to re-invest all of the proceeds in real estate so now I'm looking into opportunity zone funds to re-invest just the gain portion.
