Just got involved with a great mentor who's got us excited about Multi-Family and it opportunity to becoming self-sufficient and attain our goals for the future. 

It’s a slow start but it’s how we got started and it’s just as exciting!

Buying a 100K house in a 200K neighborhood might sound great and get you excited, but having to put another 100K into it to be able to sell it won't happen with a good hard money lender. 

@Shane Crockett Seattle is hot, that's a given, but I am not sure I can get excited about a 4-cap with 600 square foot units.

I was hoping someone might help clue me in on where to look, some deals they might know of, or even helping me get a better understanding of the steps of syndicating a deal.Anything helps and I’m excited to get started!
