also, I'm assuming an average construction price per sq ft of approximately $225 - $250 with moderate luxury finishes. 

I have a Villa in Tulum, Mexico and am having a hard time understanding how much of the "Host Payout" actually goes to me, because I would think that the entire $665.57 would be mine but it looks like they deducted the "Cleaning Fee" and "Remitted occupancy tax" the "cleaning fee" I understand but am confused on where the "Remitted occupancy tax" is going.

By net I mean take home pay after direct booking fees, including cleaning.

Be suspicious of these red flags: any last minute changes just before closing, anything sent via email, anyone insisting on using their own title company or notary, any title company or notary that your closer/agent hasn't used before.

The tax bill may have gone up $700 per month, BUT if the next tax bill is due in just several months you need to make up MORE than $700/month before that time is up to pay it.

What are your management fees and commissions?
