The whole point of requesting repairs is so that they are done to your satisfaction.

However,  I'd want the provider to give you a specific break down of what is taking the purchase price up more than 360%. if the answer isn't to your satisfaction and the returns don't add up then its time to move on.

If you want to invest in apartments and be patient it is a cyclical business so wait until everyone is fleeing and then buy.

You can feel satisfaction that you "did it your way"

Told them how I wanted the job to run and made an agreement on how the payments would be made  I did not want to deal with someone taking the money and skipping out on the job and I wanted to set up a draw system, once phases of the job were completed to my satisfaction I would then send a wire.
