There have been many folks who have expressed interest in my rental properties that have screened themselves out after checking their FB accounts (i.e., folks who say they have no pets but post pictures of pitbulls chained up in the back yard and comments that puppies are available for only $600 a pup and, sadly, women who post pictures of themselves that appear to imply they charge by the hour).

am curious as when would folks prefer private interest ?

Good afternoon Bigger Pockets folks,My wife and I are Realtors in Georgia and we've been kicking around the possibility of picking up our first STR.   

We hear from a lot of guests, particularly older folks who have not used STRs before, that they will never stay in a hotel again.....I know this is true for me.

Hoping some folks here might be able to shed some inputs on whether this specifically can help, or if there are other options that I should look into?
