I first learned about real estate investing about 3 years ago.

It's been a crash and burn learn process but I still started getting reservations within 2 months and a LTR that will be with me until next year. 

I’m still in the exploratory phases of learning about AI and I’m sure will become a bigger fan of it the more I use it.

After paying down your mortgage for 20 years, you should have $1 million or more in equity.To answer your question, I think you should learn how to calculate return on equity (ROE).
