Like you are trying to sell them, manipulate them to join a MLM.

I recently joined Bigger Pockets back in December and I decided that I would genuinely start trying to get my foot in the door (and push the door open, while I'm at it) in real estate investing.

Call the number, introduce yourself, and ask to be put on their distribution list for when they have properties available. 2) Join the Triangle Real Estate Investor Association.

My goal of joining BP is to better expand my network and gain knowledge from the forms.

Also, join or start a local meetup group and Facebook group for investors. 

I would like better insight in the area if anyone care to join!

You can also join your neighborhood Real Estate Investor groups or any other real estate meetups in your area that you can find and learn from the people right in your own back yard. 

I knew this is a great place to start that so I am excited to meet everyone here and join in on the biggerpockets discussions. 

When she joins me in Korea the single-family home she occupied would then become our first rental property and we would then use the VA loan again to purchase a new home, preferably a multifamily property when the Army relocates me back to the Continental United States approximately three years later.
