Even the NAR has finally admitted that both volume and prices are headed south.

I was thinking that if I could cover the payment, tax, expense, and 10% vacancy costs then I could add $100 to the rent and cash flow.I am just trying to work this out in my head and understand why it would or wouldn't make sense.

This last place I looked at, I'm still shaking my own head about it, but I hope I get it.
