Most readers of the forums and articles are unaware of the true reason why these professionals are engaging, which is marketing themselves as experts by providing unbiased articles, answers and solutions (and some professionals likely just enjoy doing it).Food for thought.  

I rather like Jackson people are nice food is good.. and airport is simple to get into and out of I brought my plane there a few years back and hangered at Hawkins field.. its was very rewarding flying out of there I could be to most of my markets in 2 ours or less.. and there are no big rocks to run into there..

They had a seperate room and we ordered food.    

Could also be a cause of utility disruption for service, make sure the electric and gas and will be OK because otherwise refrigerated food will be an issue you may have to cover also.As long as red Cross is covering housing for interim. you won't have to pay hotel costs.And as mentioned earlier check your insurance, call your agent so he knows you might have a claim, you may have damages that have not yet been apparent, and could have a loss rent cause,, just depends on your deductible.. 

Put it in your lease that they need to carry it and maintain it, also have them get the additional food rider.

Also, the normal things like car insurance, food, etc.
