Hi, I'm new to this and trying to find alternative financing for a rental purchase.

My biggest concern is finding the right contractors.

As a new agent you will find that many brokerages require you to be full time- How will you be able to meet and fully service clients if you’re not available for them?  

How long- I am unsure but may be worthwhile if you find a great deal.
