@Julie Marquez I too thought it was odd that the City and Counties look at anything over two units as commercial.

Curious if anyone has thoughts or experience in this type of situation. 

I joined last year with similar goals to you, and have learned so much since then through engaging with the community.

I have looked at them, but am having a hard time interpreting them.. they say that any individual who engages in lending that is secured my real property in a business sense (does so more more often than one isolated incident) would be considered someone who requires a mortgage banker license.
