I think your going a very wrong, and very dangerous direction focusing on cash-flow and sacrificing appreciation, that's simply NOT the "play" in this market economic cycle. 

Prices here have gone to the stratosphere very quickly over the last year, and dangerously so.

So far we have: Removed several unsightly and dangerous trees on the property.

Simply search for a property that aligns with this concept, featuring distinct living spaces, enabling you to generate rental income.

Not understanding and not investing is one thing, it’s a good reason not to invest in fact, but actively hating something that isn’t understood seems dangerous, especially when giving financial advice.

I fear I would get rejected by the banks, like they may not allow me to have all these loans; I also fear it's too dangerous to take out so many loans too (I cant buy houses in cash).

It's dangerous when people start touting facts without actually knowing what the rules and regulations actually are.

So I follow the news and listen to the BP podcasts and the signs are clearly flashing danger for MF syndications - high interest rates and short-term debt coming due, constrained bank lending, slowdown in rent increases and tons of new projects coming online to soak up demand.

You can always file for eviction based on criminal activity or a seriously dangerous situation.
